- 5 Zucchini
- 1 Cup of Boiled Chickpeas
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- Half Lb Choped Meat
- 3 Tomatoes
- Little Bit Salt
- Little Bit Black Pepper
- One Spoon Pepper Paste
- Half Cup of Oil (your choice olive oil)
- 2-3 garlic
Chop all the vegetables. Put the meat, pepper paste and oil into pot and cook 5 minute, then add onions, garlics and green peppers. Cook on medium heat 4-5 minute, then add zucchini, tomatoes and boiled chickpeas and mix them. Finaly add one cup of water and cook for 30 minute. Before cooking is finished add juice of one lemon, salt and black pepper. Enjoy...
