Orginal recipe makes 6 servings (per person 3 lahmacun)
- 1 lb Ground Beef (Or your choice ground lamp)
- 2 Medium Size Onion
- 3 Medium Size Tomatoes
- 1 Green Pepper
- Half a Bunch of Parsley
- 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
- if you want spicy (How much you want to)
- 1 Dessertspoon of Salt
- 1 spoon of pepper paste
- 2 Glasses of Flour
- 1 Dessertspoon of Salt
- Sufficient water
First put flour, salt, water into big bowl, and start to make the dough. Then make 18 equal ball, put the balls into tray, cover them and let rest.
Chop very thin all vegetables and mix with ground beef and add salt, black pepper, and spicy then mix them. Take the dough balls and press with hand, sprinkle flour on the each pieces of dough then press with roller make very thin circles and spread mixture over circles and put into greased tray and cook in 450 F oven 15-20 minutes.
