Turkish Baklava

 

 


  • 1 pk Filo
  • 1 lb sugar
  • 0.5 lt Water
  • 1 lb Pistachio
  • 1lb butter
  • 1/4 lemon
Put water and sugar into pot and let boil after boiling add juice of 1/4 lemon. Continue boiling for 15 minutes. Open the foils. Melt the butter. Grease with brush one aluminum tray and put foil. Grease each of filo. after getting 15 layer of filo put ground pistachio and continue the same process. After finishing slices small pieces. Into 400 F preheated oven for 40 minutes to cook. after cooked add boiled syrup over Baklava. then wait for cool down. Enjoy...
