- 1/4 Lettuce
- 1/4 Bunch Spinach
- 1 - 2 Pieces of Broccoli
- 1/2 Bunch Parsley
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Small Cup of olive oil
- Little Bit Salt
- Your Choice Onion
